DESIGN & ENGINEERING                                    
We value engineer our support systems to meet the requirements of the equipment manufacturer, design intent of the architect and function of the end user.  Our design and engineering capabilities facilitate efficiency and accuracy in the field while providing the tools that promote coordination with the other trades on site.  We feel it is important that our support systems integrate with other trade's materials to eliminate interference and reduce cost.

We are currently using AutoCAD 2011 and Revit 2011 for all of our shop drawings and engineered designs.  We can provide B.I.M. drawings for coordination using the Power Strut catalog parts in 3D.  Our shop drawings are designed in-house and sealed by a state certified professional engineer.

CERTIFIED IN-HOUSE INSTALLATION         
Our in-house union carpenters (local 687) are compliant with all on-site requirements including, but not limited to:  MUST Safety Program, OSHA 30 and American Red Cross Standard First Aid - CPR/AED.

Strut Tech Systems uses the latest technology and installation procedures to reduce noise and dust contamination on the job site.  Strut support systems can be fastened to a steel-pan/concrete deck, flat concrete slab and concrete joist or beams.  Our typical concrete fasteners are Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ anchors.  To reduce the impact of noise from hammer drilling into concrete, our installation personnel will work with any time frame specified by the owner or contractor.  A specialized "dust capture system" is used to protect the health of our workers, cleanliness of the job site and reduce airborne dust contamination.   Click on this link to see a short video demonstrating the "dust capture system."
